The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
Honor and listen to your body.
Love your body as it is right now.
Acknowledge your thoughts but then let them go. Your thoughts are not you.
Find your edge. (Always do your best.)
Notice your breath.
Open your heart.
Accept yourself and your life.
Don’t compare yourself to others.
Go at your own pace. Let your breath lead you.
Be grateful for everyone who is in this with you.
Everyday is a do over.
Don’t take any of it too seriously.
Be inspired, not discouraged.
Remember that Yoga and Life are practices, not performances.
Take some time after your hard work to let it settle in and to let you relax.
